How long does it take to build a home?

60-180 days – county, city or utility districts may effect this.

How much earnest money?

2% of the purchase price each community may vary.

Can I meet the builder?

Yes, we like to meet our customers – our business depends upon happy customers.

Who is my point of contact?

Your Realtor is your best point of contact.

Can I make changes to the plan?

Yes, however additional costs may apply.

I’m handy, can I do some of the work my self or hire my own subs?

We have strict quality assurance policies and insurance requirements, so unfortunately we cannot allow outside subs or buyers to do any of the work.

What if there are contstruction flaws in the home. As you know nothing is “perfect” however we have quality control measures to insure quality through out the build and of course a happy customer at the end.

Is there a home warranty?

Yes, we provide a 2-10 warranty

Can I use my own agent?

Yes

Who do we call to set an appointment?

What is the limit of the upgrades?
